Wagyu Katana in Shinjuku was easily one of the best dining experiences of our trip to Japan. The A5 Kobe wagyu was incredibly tender, rich, and literally melted in our mouths. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the amazing quality of the beef. What really made the experience unforgettable was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and made the meal fun with their teppanyaki performance while taking the time to explain each course. The atmosphere felt intimate and welcoming, making it perfect for a special dinner. If you're looking for an authentic, memorable wagyu experience in Tokyo, this is the place to go.
